Minibus Hire

Thanks to a generous grant from East Hampshire District Council Alton Community Centre has a which is available to hire for groups, organisations or for an individual.

Its ideal for trips, outings etc.  Whether it be a trip to a local attraction for a local group or organisation or a use for a party or gathering to cut down on vehicles our bus is ideal.

We do not supply a driver and you will need category D1 on your license to drive it                                                                              Drivers must had held a valid clean UK license for a minimum of 2 years and be aged between 25 and 75 years old

The Hirer is responsible for returning the bus in a clean and tidy state.  An additional cleaning charge may be added to the invoice.

The Hirer shall be responsible for any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the hire period and agrees to pay the full cost of repairs required to restore the vehicle to its prior condition. 

The Hirer will ensure there is no smoking/vaping within the vehicle.

The Hirer is responsible for any Transport For London Congestion/Low Emissions Zone charges/ULEZ Charges or any Toll fees.  An invoice will be issued within 14 days of the hire date to allow for TFL charges to appear on our statement.

The hirer is responsible for any parking tickets/fines incurred whilst hiring the bus.

14-21 days before your booking we will need to check the license of your nominated driver with the DVLA website.

Current Hire Charges

£15.00 per hour

Full Day Rate £100.00

Insurance per booking £20.00

Fuel is charged at 65p per mile, and you will be invoiced the hire charge/insurance for any fuel used after your booking.
