Annual General Meeting

Alton Community Association AGM

Dear ACA Member,

Please be advised that all members are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Alton Community Association CIO to receive the Annual Report and Accounts for Year Ended 31st August 2022 and to elect Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees.

This meeting will take place on Tuesday 23rd May 2023 at 6.30pm at Alton Community Centre.

The Regency Café will be open between 6pm and 6.30pm for complimentary teas, coffees and biscuits to be taken in the café. Other refreshments will also be available.

Should anyone wish to have an item included on the agenda please notify the Trustees in writing or by email by Thursday 16th May 2023.

Copies of the draft accounts will be available either on request by email or from the Community Centre office from 16th May 2023.
