Annual General Meeting
Alton Community Association AGM
Dear ACA Member,
Please be advised that all members are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Alton Community Association CIO to receive the Annual Report and Accounts for Year Ended 31st August 2020 and to elect Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees.
This meeting will take place on Tuesday 25th May 2021 at 6.30pm at Alton Community Centre. It will be a “hybrid” meeting so will also be available on Zoom.
The Regency Café will be open between 6pm and 6.30pm for complimentary teas and coffees to be drunk in the café. Other refreshments will also be available.
Should anyone wish to have an item included on the agenda please notify the Trustees in writing or by email by Monday 17th May 2021
Copies of the draft accounts will be available either on request by email or from the Community Centre office from 18th May 2021.
In order to comply with current Government guidelines, if you wish to attend in person please book your place either by email or telephone at the Community Centre office before 3pm on the day. If you wish to attend by Zoom please notify the office in the same way and we will send you the link nearer the time.
