Welcome to Alton Community Centre, the Heart of Alton.  We are based in the market town of Alton, Hampshire (UK), conveniently located behind Alton's High Street in the Bank Car Park.  The Centre is a public facility, operated by Alton Community Association CIO (an independent charity), offering rooms for people to hire and a range of important community services. We are open Monday to Saturday (Sunday by special arrangement) and the Reception desk is manned during office hours.

You might be looking for a meeting room to hire or want to brush up on your artistic skills or want to be entertained - we do all this and much, much more.  A wide range of people from all walks of life use the centre, both as private room hirers, and as users of the centre's many services.

If you are looking for things to do, the University of the Third Age (U3A) offers people over the age of 50 a vast range of volunteer-run classes to suit most people's interests. The Lounge Bar offers Friday night music on most weeks of the year and our Adult Education programme (ACA Leisure Learning) offers you a good choice of classes. Our Day Centre Community Club runs every Tuesday.  There is not enough space to list everything we do here, so we invite you to explore this website to find out more.
