Alton Community Centre
If you would like to take part in one or more courses, you need to enrol beforehand at Alton Community Centre. We urge you to book your course places as early as you can to make sure that your course runs. We require a minimum number of students to enrol in order to make a course viable, so your enrolment might make a difference between the course running or not. You can download the enrolment form here or pick up a copy at Alton Community Centre. You will also find the enrolment form in the centre pages of the printed course brochures.

Enrolling by Post
You can enrol by post by sending the enrolment form together with your payment by cheque or credit/debit card to:
East Hampshire Leisure Learning, Alton Community Centre, Amery Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1HN (UK).
Cheques should be made payable to 'Alton Community Association'. Full details of credit/debit Cards are required and will be shredded once your card has been debited. If you require a written receipt of your payment please enclose a stamped addressed envelope, or alternatively your email address if you would like an emailed acknowledgement of your payment.

Monday 18th September to Friday 1st December 2017 (Half Term 23rd-27th October)
Please check details of your course and the fees when you enrol. Most courses start in the week beginning 19th September 2016, but please check the relevant course pages of this website or see the printed brochure for individual course start dates. Cancellations and Refunds
We will only contact you if the course is cancelled, otherwise you should turn up for the first session. Unless your course is cancelled by us, any refunds issued will be made in line with Hampshire County Council’s refunds policy and at the discretion of the Association and a £15.00 administration will be charged.
You can claim a 10% discount if you are a ACA member.
Accuracy, Changes and Refusals
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this website and in the printed brochure is accurate. We reserve the right to change or withdraw a course at our discretion, but if we do so, where possible we will endeavour to notify all those affected. The Community Association reserves the right under certain circumstances to refuse an enrolment at the discretion of the Centre Manager or the Association Trustees.
